Ismail Tahir combines a background in information technology with extensive experience in the real estate industry. This dual perspective shapes his approach to digital strategy, process improvement and practical software solutions.
He has worked in real estate analysis and valuation since 2006. In 2018, he founded realvation to bring industry knowledge and technology together — helping businesses turn digital opportunities into working solutions.
An MRICS professional with an MBA in International Real Estate Management, he combines professional rigour with hands-on technical understanding. Clients work directly with him, from defining the digital direction through to implementation.
